Reading has been one of the ways I’ve learned to listen to myself more closely.
This page is not a list of book reviews or summaries. It’s a living bookshelf. A place where I track what I’ve read, what I’m currently sitting with, and what’s waiting for me next. More importantly, it’s where I reflect honestly on how these books met me in different seasons of my life.
Some of these books cracked things open. Some named feelings I didn’t have language for yet. Some challenged me, comforted me, or asked me to slow down and sit with what surfaced. My reflections are raw, personal, and rooted in my own lived experience. They are not meant to be perfect or academic just real.
If you’re someone who reads for healing, understanding, growth, or connection, I hope these reflections feel like an invitation. Not to agree with everything I share, but to notice what resonates, what stirs something in you, and what your own stroy might be asking for next.
